摘要: Abstract Chemical reactions occurring at laser-deposited MoS 2 Fe buried-interfaces were studied and compared with those observed previously from single crystals Fe/sputter-deposited MoS2 thin films. Laser-deposited films prepared using either a frequency-doubled (λ = 532 nm) Nd:YAG laser or KrF 248 Eximer laser. Results show that substantial reaction occurs MoS2/iron interfaces to form iron sulfides several FeMoS2 compounds. However, only limited is for the YAG specimen. This difference has been attributed highly energetic nature of species in plume. It also found tends diffuse into layers upon annealing, agreement previous work over single-crystal sputtered (J.S. Zabinski B.J. Tatarchuk, Surf. Sci., 241 (1991) 157; J.S. et al., 171). Annealing higher temperature eventually reduces compounds back metallic presumably MoS2.
