摘要: Proteins in the cell are synthesized by a ribosome translating genetic information encoded on single-stranded messenger RNA (mRNA). It has been shown that can also translate through duplex region of mRNA unwinding duplex. Here, based our proposed model translation we study theoretically distribution dwell times under effect pulling force externally applied to ends unzip We provide quantitative explanations available single molecule experimental data with both short and long durations, rescuing paused ribosomes raising duplex, translational arrests induced Shine-Dalgarno(SD)-like sequence mRNA.
