摘要: The challenge of transitioning to an environmentally sustainable system production and consumption is both a major risk significant opportunity for companies involved in the design manufacture products. One approach that might assist meeting this ‘eco-innovation’, which aims deliver new products processes provide customer business value but significantly decrease environmental impacts. aim research was understand how eco-innovation tools can be developed introduced company such they are adopted into long-term practices contribute development eco-innovative A ‘toolbox eco-innovation’ by adapting existing innovation purposes eco-innovation. initial toolbox tested through in-house trials before subsequent industry with refined suite tools. One-day workshops were held six producers electrical electronic equipment. Four these went on participate more in-depth tool introduction studies customised specific needs its team. Formal feedback sessions individual interviews members team used asses effectiveness customisations. organisational drivers barriers adoption also investigated. contributions knowledge are: validation customisation as improving definition generic process based appropriate workshop-based (including tools). Insights model management activities.
