摘要: Dissociative ionization of highly charged ${\mathrm{CS}}_{2}^{q+}$ $(q=3--10)$ molecular ions produced in collisions ${\mathrm{CS}}_{2}$ with ${\mathrm{Ar}}^{8+}$ is studied at 120 keV energy. Triple coincidence techniques have been applied to measure the velocity components all three ionic fragments fragmentation process. The measurements used deduce total kinetic energy released (KER) ion for each particular product channel. KER values were found be similar those predicted by a pure Coulomb explosion model, revealing apparent unimportance binding electronic interactions charged, multielectron systems. propensity into symmetric and asymmetric channels depends only on energetics, most exothermic channel being favored. vectors yield information structure prior fragmentation; results indicate that impulsive simultaneous.
