摘要: Choice accuracy performance in the radial-arm maze is dependent upon integrity of both nicotinic and muscarinic cholinergic receptors. Pharmacological blockade either these subtypes receptors with mecamylamine or scopolamine impairs choice maze. We have previously demonstrated that deficit caused by exacerbated at least an additive fashion coadministration antagonist, mecamylamine. In present study, it was found act together a greater than disrupting accuracy. When doses drugs which do not themselves cause significant impairments are given together, they induce pronounced impairment. Previous results shown adverse effects could be reversed dopaminergic D2 agonist LY 171555. this drug to attenuate cognitive impairment combined blockade. On other hand, D1 antagonist SCH 23390 has been reverse study Since approximates generalized underactivation, treatments like 171555, blockade, may useful treating syndromes Alzheimer's disease, characterized loss.
