摘要: Flowering phenology of alpine plant communities was observed at seven sites (two fellfields, two meadows, and three snowbeds) in 1996 1997 the Taisetsu Mts., northern Japan. These were selected along a gradient snowmelt time. In total, flowering phenologies 39 species compared across sites. The length season within decreased with lateness from 88 days fellfield site to 32 snowbed site. onset varied among early sites, it became concentrated narrow periods later Interspecific overlap anthesis large late earliest site, whereas Such changes patterns community level considered be induced by difference temperature sequence after i.e., increasing pattern effective cumulative temperature. Thus, time affects not only individual but also whole community. Some growing fellfields changed temperature-demand for which as an adjustment decrease interspecific key words: plant, anthesis, temperature, phenology,
