摘要: This paper describes the synthesis and characterization of a new molecularly imprinted solid-phase microextraction fiber able to renew its selective binding sites because gradual thermal decomposition polymeric network. The injector chromatograph operates at 300 °C, during desorption step analytes (in short period), network is degraded from surface core in volatile compounds that do not interfere with analysis. renewable MIP was successfully employed extract triazole fungicides (triadimenol, tebuconazole, metconazole) grape juice samples followed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry method adjusted quadratic models 100 2000 μg L−1, good precision accuracy. limits quantification (100 L−1 for all analytes) were sufficient analyze triadimenol, metconazole samples, where their maximum residue Brazil are 100, 2000, 1000 respectively.
