摘要: Implementation of intersectoral community approaches often fails due to a translational gap between the approach as intended and implemented in practice. Knowledge about implementation determinants such is needed facilitate future processes. The five EPODE-derived was studied longitudinally. Semi-structured interviews were held with 189 stakeholders from four sectors elucidate which influenced implementation, if an extent differed across communities, over time. A framework used analyze our data. Twenty-two key identified. Facilitators named mostly proximal (stakeholder level), barriers distal (context level). Key varied greatly time, especially educational & health care sector private, welfare sports sector. Only ‘perceived importance IACO goals’ identified universal facilitator. Striking differences found Also, expressed that possibilities adapt local context improve implementation. We therefore propose develop sector- time specific leads for should be approved amended (over time) by stakeholders. This so-called ‘mutual adaptation’ allows use both scientific insights practice-based knowledge, enabling program management collaboratively their efforts.
