摘要: An interview survey was designed to explore how personnel managers and senior wage negotiators respond popular models of the labor market. As in Blinder Choi (1990), our results indicate that relative wages notions fairness are important, this may explain nominal rigidity. We find much evidence efficiency mechanisms. The reactions some questions also point theories based on rent-sharing. Moreover, while underbidding is not uncommon, firms seem quite unwilling hire underbidders. obtain indications adverse selection problems.
