摘要: We have carried out a systematic ultrastructural study of the bacilli, cell-mediated response in host, and dermal microvasculature lepromatous (LL), borderline (BL), tuberculoid (BT) types active leprosy (eight cases). In least resistance (LL BL), macrophages with large cytoplasmic processes were observed; addition, numerous peripheral vacuoles found BL. Mast cells abundant vascular alterations constant. BT showed more regular outlines multivacuolated cytoplasms plentiful rough endoplasmic reticulum. Giant scarce. Bacilli, both isolated globi, contained within appeared constantly endothelial Schwann LL Conversely, they singly, infrequently cells, not at all cells. Forms process destruction or degradation common than intact forms, which symmetric outline membrane could be seen clearly.
