摘要: Abstract We report on a systematic study the reactivity of pyrylium dye Py-1 toward various classes amines (primary aliphatic, primary aromatic, secondary, tertiary) and its use in environmental sensing amines. While most aliphatic react almost quantitatively with within 10 min, sterically hindered aromatic more slowly. Secondary tertiary just induce decomposition chromophore but do not yield fluorescent product. This makes suitable receptor transducer an optical microplate for rapid screening water soil samples. is embedded into polymeric cocktail, which deposited bottom wells microtiter plates to high-throughput fluorescence tool. On reaction amines, significant increase ( λ exc  = 485 nm/ em  = 620 nm) sensor spots detected standard reader after 10 min incubation at 25° C. The linear calibration plots eight are range 0.350–70.0 μg mL −1 . limits detection (LODs) from 0.119 0.589 μg mL quantitation (LOQs) 0.399 1.965 μg mL further show that plate mixtures total content (TAC) found good measure sum contents individual present. Finally, was successfully applied quantitative analysis 3 samples soil, respectively.
