摘要: Objective: To investigate how precise Descemet stripping works in posterior lamellar keratoplasty (Descemet automated endothelial [DSAEK]) for the treatment of corneal disorders. Methods: In a prospective, single-center, nonrandomized consecutive series, 20 membrane specimens obtained after DSAEK using aPricehookwereexaminedusinghistologicanalysisand transmission electron microscopy presence residual stroma, thickness membrane, cell count, and guttae or posteriorcollagenouslayer.Pathologicfindingswerecorrelated with underlying clinical disease.
