摘要: A WebGIS decision support system for slopeland hazard warning based on real-time monitored rainfall is introduced herein. This paper presents its framework, database, processes of setting up the threshold line debris flow triggering and calculation algorithm implemented in system. The web-based GIS via Microsoft Internet Explorer designed analysis areas prone to flows outburst landslides during torrential rain. Its function provide suggestions commander immediate response possibility hazards, determine if pre-evacuation necessary. defining characteristics internet-based not automatically show dangerous but acts as part process information collection help experts judge creeks tendency initiation. combination with estimation by QPESUMS radar suggested further enhancement.
