摘要: Overexpression of MDR1 efflux pump is a major mechanism contributing to drug resistance in Candida albicans, the most common human fungal pathogen. To elucidate regulatory pathway resistance, we have identified negative regulator and named it Regulator Efflux Pump 1 (REP1). REP1 Saccharomyces cerevisiae increased susceptibility fluconazole. Furthermore, null mutations on decreased antifungal drugs C. albicans resulting from expression mRNA. Hence, Rep1p involved by negatively regulating albicans.
