摘要: Since animal testing should be avoided whenever possible, the development of in vitro tests for predicting effect chemicals becomes a major field. This rise test systems led to an increased requirement well-characterized continuously growing cell lines. Monitoring cells during and routine culture is necessary gain relevant reproducible results. In present study, influence passaging under constant conditions on human keratinocyte line HaCaT was investigated. Data demonstrated that growth rate rose with increasing passages.
