摘要: The rate of protein synthesis was estimated in structurally preserved perikaryal preparations from 8-day-old rat cerebellum under conditions which overcome the problems intracellular compartmentation. rates were lower than vivo estimates at comparable ages, but they similar magnitude, and very much higher previous on isolated cells. Protein depended cell type. When expressed per rank order enriched indicated classes cells was: Purkinje > astrocytes granule S, G2 M phase cycle G1 G0. However, after normalizing results for size differences between types, by expressing terms unit or as a percentage replacement bound amino acid, replicating displayed greater resolution labelled proteins using SDS-PAGE marked particular proteins. consistent with view that certain polypeptides are uniquely classes.
