摘要: A study was made to develop a model that can be used predict the steady-state stream depletion rates caused by continuous pumping well located in water table aquifer. The effects of nonlinear variation evaporation with depth on rate were investigated using results. Dimensional analysis determine relationship between scaled depletion, distance, hydraulic conductivity, and initial table. dimensionless graph developed for wide range these parameters. Analysis this showed decreases as distance increases. also strongly depended position indicated that, saturated conductivity increased, effect magnitude more influential. value decreased, relative error produced assumption at steady state all pumped is captured from evaporation, decreased.
