摘要: The present research examined the role of working memory in pursuit qualitatively different achievement goals. Pursuit a mastery-approach goal entails focus on developing self-referential competence while performance-approach demonstrating normative competence. Across two experiments it was found that, when is loaded, individuals pursuing experienced larger performance decrements than or those no-goal control.
