摘要: Previously sedentary men (n=23) and women (n =18) were trained to run a half marathon contest after 40 weeks. Total blood glutathione had increased by 20 weeks of training returned normal Erythrocyte reductase activity remained elevated This effect was accompanied decreases in coefficients, which indicated that increases the presence riboflavin may have been responsible for changes activity. S-transferase slightly much more marked increase found indicative occurrence lipid peroxidation this phase training. The participants ran 15-km race first Blood tended decrease marathon. In both cases it values 5 days race. 1 day races, days. could also explained from concurrent content erythrocytes. decreased but restored while such not case
