摘要: Abstract Of 12 tobacco constituents tested, none showed mutagenic activity in the Ames test. The substances pyrrolidine, nicotine, anatabine, myosmine, 2,3′-dipyridyle and nicotyrine induced repairable DNA damage a test with Escherichia coli pol A + / − .
