摘要: Postural instability and axial rigidity are frequent symptoms of the Parkinson’s disease (PD). Objective Correlate occurrence falls activity rolling over in bed with performance on Trunk Mobility Scale (TMS) patients PD, determine whether this instrument score can predict risk falls. Method This is a cross-sectional study. Assessed reported frequency previous year they had difficulties bed. Then, following scales were applied: TMS, Hoehn Yahr, Unified Disease Rating Scale-III Schwab England Activities Daily Living. Results Eighty-five analyzed. Patients history falling showed worse TMS (p < 0.01). There significant correlation between Conclusion PD fallers present scores there difficulty score.
