摘要: Aim: Periprosthetic femoral fractures represent a heterogenous type of injury with variety treatment options. By retrospectively analysing our data, the results different therapeutic procedures are compared and, reviewing previously published cases, suggestions for management have also been developed. Method: This study is based on analysis records and radiograph series 43 patients (50 procedures) periprosthetic fractures. 22 could be followed-up using Harris Hip Score at an average 4.8 years after injury.
