摘要: Aim: Periprosthetic femoral fractures represent a heterogenous type of injury with variety treatment options. By retrospectively analysing our data, the results different therapeutic procedures are compared and, reviewing previously published cases, suggestions for management have also been developed. Method: This study is based on analysis records and radiograph series 43 patients (50 procedures) periprosthetic fractures. 22 could be followed-up using Harris Hip Score at an average 4.8 years after injury. Results: Factors predisposing to were found in 41 patients, only 9 due adequate trauma. According classification Johansson et al., 15 I II each 20 III treated. In 23 cases open reduction internal fixation (ORIF) plate was used, 10 stabilised by minimal osteosynthesis, 8 modular prosthesis bone replacement 6 times revison stem implanted, 2 osteosynthesis femur accomplished complete removal implants. The mean 69.9 points follow-up examination. Local surgical complications more often observed than general. Conclusions: Due their clinical presentations need managed individually most operatively. Internal proved give best functional stable Loosening stems replaced revision implants long intramedullary fixation. Alternative osteosynthetic techniques additive can favoured special cases. Modular prostheses reserved extensive loss.
