摘要: Abstract While maintenance is still dominating in Through-life Engineering Services (TES), Product-Service Systems (PSS) emerge as holistic solutions for customer problems. However, there are tussles to be overcome. Product and service engineering using different methodologies tools. design receiving little information from both life cycles, a digital representation of PSS ensure interoperability missing. Professional knowledge sentiment have combined, while service-based business models could endanger product sales. This paper aims discuss the challenges with TES give an overview on attempts overcome identified tussles.
