摘要: Abstract As for the scandate cathode, performance of Sc atom, including adsorbability and diffusivity, plays an important role in emission property stability cathode. W is most widely used matrix metal thermionic cathodes, however, cathode suffers from recovery scandium after ion bombardment. Herein, adsorption properties diffusion atom on surfaces W, Ir, Os, Re Ru are systematically studied with density functional theory (DFT).
