摘要: Nosocomial infections are among the leading causes of mortality and morbidity in neonatal intensive care units. Prevention healthcare-associated is based on strategies that aim to limit susceptibility by enhancing host defences, interrupting transmission organisms healthcare workers promoting judicious use antimicrobials. Several available include: hand hygiene practices; prevention central venous catheter-related bloodstream infections; antimicrobials for therapy prophylaxis; enhancement defences; skin care; early enteral feeding with human milk.
