摘要: There are unknown or poorly understood events in the Leishmania-host cell interactions that merit studies new vitro models. The aim of present work was to evaluate Leishmania chagasi interaction with a line (Lulo) previously established and derived from Lutzomyia longipalpis embryonic tissues, bearing different temperatures CO 2 concentrations mind morphometric changes cells. J774 used as positive control infection. L. MH/CO/84/CL-044B strain for infection assays. parasites were added adherent cells, Lulo well J774, 5:1 ratio. Incubation at 28°C 37°C, absence presence . A study cells carried out before after Both parasite ultrastructure characteristics analyzed by electron microscope. greatest percentage (26,8%) registered on day six post infection, while , maximum value (30,4%) obtained nine. analyses showed significant increase size infected 37°C without respectively.
