摘要: Acute renal failure (ARF) is defined as a sudden decrease in glomerular filtration rate leading to an acute rise blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels. It serious complication of cancer constitutes major source morbidity mortality. Current data suggest that ARF has the potential substantially jeopardize chances patients receiving optimal treatment cure. The pathways are common development other conditions. However, may also develop due aetiologies arising from or disease itself, including: nephrotoxic chemotherapy agents, post-renal obstruction, compression infiltration by malignancy, tumour lysis syndrome, uric acid, sepsis contrast agent nephropathy. This review provides comprehensive overview causes with guidance on how prevent treat this condition. Ultimately, key managing ensure multidisciplinary approach adequate assessment, appropriate preventative measures early intervention.
