摘要: Purpose Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a wonderful scaffold to induce osteogenesis. In this study, we investigated whether the combination of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) with PRP has advantages over for reduction consolidation period in mandibular distraction Materials and Methods After osteotomy, an external device was fixed both mandibles 38 rabbits. 5-day latency period, total 6.3 mm distracted 6 days. gel or without MSC injected into area on day 1 period. Healing tissues were analyzed histologically, radiologically, mechanically weeks 1, 2, 3, 4 after consolidation. Results week MSC/PRP group 34%, 20%, 21%, 32% higher than result histomorphometry, radiodensity ratio new bone/host bone bone/adjacent tooth, microhardness test, respectively. Consolidation reduced by 6.6 5.1 days at 80% 90% through regression analysis, Conclusion The addition significantly (P
