摘要: As divorce increases, the number of children affected increases. Legislation to protect rights in custody cases is needed. Both parents and courts need assistance appropriately weighting factors that determine custody. Guidelines which reflect level parents' legal involvement advocated child's "best interests": when choose mediation, a specialist child appointed educate assist decision-making process; litigation, counsel represent child.
