摘要: The printing quality delivered by a drop-on-demand inkjet printhead is severely affected the residual oscillations in an ink channel and cross-talk between neighboring channels. For single channel, our earlier contribution shows that actuation pulse can be designed, using physical model, to effectively damp oscillations. It not always possible obtain good model for channel. A multi-input multi-output (MIMO) made even more sophisticated presence of effect. This paper proposes system identification-based approach build MIMO printhead. Additionally, identified used design new pulses minimize cross-talk. Using simulation experimental results, we demonstrate efficacy proposed method.
