摘要: The printing quality delivered by a Drop-on-Demand (DoD) piezo inkjet printhead is limited mainly due to the residual oscillations in ink channel. maximal jetting frequency of DoD can be increased quickly damping and thus bringing an channel rest after drop. In this paper, we propose robust optimization-based method design input actuation waveform for actuator order improve presence parametric uncertainties ink-channel model. proposed obtains pulse minimizing tracking error under uncertainty. Experimental results with small-droplet are presented show efficacy significant improvement drop consistency.
