摘要: Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the molecular support resistance carbapenems, aminoglycosides, and fluoroquinolones in Acinetobacter baumannii clinical isolates collected from Yemen hospital. Methods: Three A. were isolated February 2013 three patients hospitalized at Al-Thawra University Hospital Sana'a, Yemen. Antibiotic susceptibility testing performed using disk diffusion E-test methods. Carbapenemase production carried out by modified Hodge test (MHT) imipenem–ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) Carbapenem, aminoglycoside, fluoroquinolone determinants studied polymerase chain reaction sequencing. epidemiological relatedness strains multilocus sequence typing (MLST). Results: resistant almost all antibiotics tested with very high imipenem, amikacin, ciprofloxacin minimum inhibitory concentrations (>32, >256, >32 mg/L, respectively)....
