摘要: Two mutant clones, one radiosensitive (OS-3) and resistant (OR-5), were isolated from ONS-76 after screening 2400 clones by the replica micro-well technique. These two exhibited significantly different radiosensitivity, with D37 values of 4.7 Gy in OR-5 1.7 OS-3. After gamma irradiation (8 Gy), greater G2 arrest than sensitive clone Administration 5 mM caffeine resulted cell killing OS-3, an almost complete release block. observations support notion that block contributes to repair process DNA damage irradiation. The present results suggest a large postirradiation may show reduction radiosensitivity if is released artificially. study described herein provide important clues mechanism which glioma cells acquire radioresistance.
