Dielectric behavior of (1 − x) Ba Zr0.025Ti0.975O3–(x) BiFeO3 solid solutions

摘要: Abstract Barium zirconate titanate is a very promising material having good ferroelectric properties while bismuth ferrite well known multiferroic material. In the present work, compounds (1 −  x ) Ba Zr 0.025 Ti 0.975 O 3 –( BiFeO (  = 0.1–0.4) have been synthesized using solid state reaction method and structural analysis reveal formation of single phase solution. Initially, Curie temperature increases with increasing up to  = 0.2 further increase in content, decreases. There an value dielectric constant at 1 kHz from 551 for  = 0.1 3509  = 0.4 their temperatures. The values coercive field decrease content resulting slim loops which confirms relaxor multiferroics.
