摘要: Primary Hepatic Epithelioid Hemangioendothelioma (HEH) is a rare, low-grade, malignant hepatic neoplasm. Here we present the typical CT and MRI features of HEH in 35 year old young woman, which were confirmed by needle biopsy. The most significant imaging findings capsular retraction peripheral location with slow progression. In addition, there multiple hypermetabolic liver tumors seen on FDG-PET/CT arterial penetration tumor Dynamic (DCT), may be useful diagnosis HEH.
