Effect of Phosphorus Content on Thermal Behaviour of Diglycidyl Ether of Bisphenol-A/phosphorus Containing Amines

摘要: Curing of diglycidyl ether bisphenol-A (DGEBA) with phosphorus containing amide amines i.e. bis[3(3’-aminobenzamido phenyl)]methyl phosphine oxide (MB), bis[3(4’-aminobenzamido (PB), tris[3(3’-aminobenzamido phenyl)] (MT) and tris[3(4’-aminobenzamido (PT) conventionally used curing agent 4,4’-diaminodiphenyl sulfone (D) was studied by DSC. The MB, PB, MT PT were synthesised in the laboratory characterized determining elemental composition, melting point, amine equivalent. Structural characterization done 1 H-NMR FTIR. onset temperature depended on nucleophilicity order MT≈MB PB>PT>MT≈MB. char residue cured epoxy resin significantly higher when incorporated network. Using mixed formulations based D P-containing molar ratio these could easily control characteristics. A linear relationship between yield P-content observed such formulations.
