摘要: Centrioles play a key role in the development of fly. They are needed for correct formation centrosomes, organelles at poles spindle that can persist as microtubule organizing centers (MTOCs) into interphase. The ability to nucleate cytoplasmic microtubules (MTs) is property surrounding pericentriolar material (PCM). centriole has dual life, existing not only core centrosome but also basal body, structure templates cilia and flagellae. Thus functions centriole, centrosome, body have an impact upon many aspects physiology readily be modeled Drosophila Centrosomes essential give organization rapidly increasing numbers nuclei syncytial embryo spatially precise execution cell division numerous tissues, particularly during male meiosis. Although mitotic cycles take place absence this error-prone process opens up fly developmental defects potential tumor formation. Here, we review different tissues cultured cells melanogaster, highlighting their contributions division.
