摘要: Ochratoxin A (OTA) is one of the most important and widespread fungal toxic metabolites, which has been detected in our country for years feed and food, mostly originated from plants. It a very contaminant of plant food commodities nephropathic areas Balkan Mediterranean countries, but also other countries Europe worldwide. This paper reviews occurrence OTA-producing fungi OTA some agricultural products (fresh fruits, dried fruit juices other products, vegetable wine, vinegar, cereals, mill products, etc.)
