摘要: This study was performed to investigate the antidiabetic and antioxidant activities of Crataegus pinnatifida which extracted with water different concentrations EtOH (0∼100%). The extraction yield 70% (33.16%) higher than that 50% (27.79%), (21.71%), 30% (21.88%) 100% (19.03%). Total polyphenol contents extract from C. were highest. DPPH ABTS radical scavenging 80.79±0.83% 34.92±0.97% in extract, respectively, those other extracts. inhibitory ethanol against advanced glycation end products (AGEs) formation α-glucosidase determined be 27.09±2.27% 58.87±0.70%, respectively. activity aldose reductase (30.68±1.41%) Overall, showed highest effects. These results suggest extracts have potential as a useful ingredient
