摘要: In this work, the potential of inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) to capillary electrophoresis (CE) determine organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) is demonstrated. Element specific detection 3 1 P with ICP-MS performed for OPPs. Three common OPPs, including glyphosate, glufosinate, and aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA), were analyzed by CE-ICP-MS demonstrate its applicability analysis The advantages using respect other detectors, such as flame photometric (FPD), CE OPPs are shown. Additionally, different separation conditions studied achieve complete baseline pesticide compounds in short migration times. Two buffer systems evaluated detection. A solution containing 40 mmol.L - ammonium acetate at pH 9.0 an applied voltage +20 kV finally selected leading a time 10.0 min. Both area relative standard deviations (%RSD) their respective values intervals 1.1-3.3% 2.7-5.3%. Detection limits obtained system range 0.11-0.19 mg.L (as compound) yielding enhancement 130- 230-fold FPD. proposed methodology was determination mentioned above natural river water samples.
