摘要: Abstract The lipid content in brain and spinal cord was investigated guinea pigs with experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) induced whole rat cord, purified encephalitogenic protein or mixed CNS lipids. results indicated an independent alteration the of some myelin components depending on composition injection mixture. Changes cerebroside levels were found only animals sensitized basic contents sulfatides to be decreased a different degree which preparation used. more complex mixture injected, altered sulfatide content.
