摘要: The use of the teratocarcinoma mouse (Pierce, 1967; Stevens, 1967) for study neural differentiation offers two major advantages. First, it allows one to obtain large amounts cells corresponding very early stages differentiation, and second, since stem [embryonal carcinoma (EC) cells] can differentiate into other cell types, opportunity segregation neuronal lineage evaluate which changes are specific pathway.
