摘要: Abstract Isolated, small intestinal microvillous membranes from normal and acutely diabetic rats were compared with respect to D-glucose transport. D-Glucose was accumulated a greater extent by membrane vesicles when supplied energy in the form of NaC1 or NaSCN gradient across vesicle membrane. The difference appeared be caused an ability maintain higher driving force for active transport not changes glucose "carrier." Increasing glucose-independent Na-+-conductance monactin gramicidin D reduced accumulation preparations both control groups. Concentrations incubation medium animals could adjusted so that their became indistinguishable treated ionophores. These observatins suggest as one site where occur acute diabetes. In addition, change properties isolated offer rational explanation simultaneous elevation sugar, amino acid, bile salt observed intact tissue.
