摘要: Abstract The metabolism of 25-hydroxycholecalciferol by chick renal tubules was compared to its homogenates and isolated mitochondria. preparation converted 1,25-hydroxycholecalciferol faster than the other preparations. Recombining mitochondria with cytosol markedly enhanced metabolism. Cytosol from kidneys vitamin D supplemented or 3.0% calcium diet animals worked as well that deficinet on 0.43% diet. cytocol did not change apparent K m mitochondrial 1α-hydroxylase. for in production calculated 3.2 · 10 −7 M.
