摘要: Using frozen liver sections and quantitative cytochemistry it has been established that when cells are allowed to oxidize a cytoplasmic mitochondrial substrate simultaneously the resulting oxidative activity is markedly higher than sum of oxidation each measured separately. In present study this type synergistic interaction confirmed in kidney, particularly pars recta. Our results support evidence influence NADPH on intramitochondrial process suggested that, recta, cytosolic may be involved mixed function oxidases such as 1 alpha-hydroxylase: these could further elucidate mechanism responsible for production hormonal form vitamin D3.
