摘要: Treatment of leptomeningeal metastases is multifaceted and includes symptomatic therapy, intrathecal systemic chemotherapy, radiotherapy. As the majority patients have widespread incurable tumor, treatment predominantly palliative; however, some with leukemia, lymphoma or breast cancer may prolonged remissions possibility cure.
