摘要: Neurotoxicity associated with intrathecal methotrexate therapy has been shown to correlate elevated concentrations of the drug in cerebrospinal fluid as well total cumulative dosage. In our study 19 patients meningeal leukemia were randomized receive courses intraventricular via an Ommaya reservoir consisting either single injections 12 mg/sq m/dose or a low-dose “concentration x time” (C T) schedule 1 mg every hr for 3 days.
