摘要: Compositions and methods are provided for the detection of small RNA target nucleic acids, preferably miRNA wherein compositions provide sensitive specific acids. The include using one or more a first amplification oligomer that is an extender primer, capture at least partially double stranded, promoter primer/provider, reverse primer universal probe. useful diagnostics, prognostics, monitoring effectiveness treatment and/or determining treatment.
