摘要: The risk of allergic diseases among Kawasaki disease (KD) patients relative to the general population is not known. aim this study was perform a population-based cohort investigate children after KD in Taiwan- country with third highest incidence world. Data were obtained from Taiwan National Health Insurance Research Database. In total, 253 who 5 years age or younger and had first-time hospitalization diagnosis between 1997 2005 included as 1,012 non-KD matched for sex comparison cohort. Multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression model used adjust confounding compare 6-year allergic-free survival rate these two cohorts. (184.66 per 1000 person-year) significantly higher than control (124.99 person-years). After adjusting potential confounders, adjusted ratios asthma rhinitis 1.51 (95% confidence interval = 1.17-1.95) 1.30 interval = 1.04-1.62), respectively. We conclude that at an increased compared
