摘要: Sixty three species and 2 varieties which belong to 21 genera of fungi were isolated from corn grains (53 + 2, 36 1 34 belonging 19, 13, 12 white, yellow popcorn, respectively). Aspergillus (15 species), Penicillium (17) Fusarium (4) the dominant types corn. Of four Fusarium, F. moniliforme was species. oxysporum solani detected in all substrates, whereas subglutinans exclusively A biological assay (brine shrimp larvae) chemical analysis (TLC, UV spectrophotometery NMR spectroscopy) chloroform extracts proved that 7 out 78 samples toxic. Diacetoxyscirpenol (4 samples, 98.4-128.4 micrograms/kg corn), T-2 toxin 72.8 130.4 micrograms/kg) zearalenone (7 22.6 80.4 detected, 90% methanol-water re-extracts revealed 3 toxic due presence fusarin C (1 sample, 76.8 addition an unidentified factor (3 samples). 22 isolates (F. moniliforme, oxysporum, subglutinans; 10,5,5 isolates, respectively grown on grains, 6,3,3 brine larvae. Based analysis, diacetoxyscirpenol (10/22 isolates; 9.8 - 78.6 micrograms/g dry grains), (5/22; 20.8 60.4 micrograms/g), HT-2 (3/22; 12.4 18.6 micrograms/g) (13/22; 38.4 identified.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
